The Insured person or physician, Hospital and other Healthcare and Medical Service providers and suppliers shall have ninety(90) Days from the date of claim is incurred to submit a proof of claim, and the company at is option may pend resolution and adjudication of submitted claims or may deny coverage for proof of claim submitted thereafter or incomplete Proofs or claim, and or failure to submit proof of claim; provided, however , that the companyat it option may waive the requirement of subsection B.(3)(a), above,regarding submission of a new claim for subsequent  claim incurred  by insured person relating to continuing illness.
