Coverage Area: People (age 0-99) traveling outside home country.
Coverage Length: Minimum 3 months to maximum 36 months.
Acute Onset of Pre-existing Condition: For US Citizens up to $20,000 for age under 65 years and $2,500 for age 65 to 99 years. For Non-US citizens age below 70 years up to $10,000 medical maximum.
Co-Insurance: After you pay deductible, plan pays 80% up to $5,000 of eligible costs, then plan pays 100% up to medical maximum.
Renew: Renewal coverage may be purchased for up to 365 days at a time, to a maximum of 3 years.
Cancel: Prior to effective date of policy & $25 fee deducted.
PPO Network: No PPO Network, visit any doctor/Hospital.
