Eligibility: For whom any required enrollment form has been completed the one who is covered under the Policy.
EffectiveDate: Trip Cancellation and Cancel for Any Reason coverages will be effective at 12:01 a.m. Standard Time on the date following payment to the Company of any required plan cost.
TerminationDate: Trip Cancellation and Cancel for Any Reason coverages end on the earlier of: (a) the cancellation of the Insured’s Trip; or (b) the date and time the Insured starts on his/her Trip.
ExtensionofCoverage:All coverages, except Trip Cancellation and Cancel for Any Reason, will be extended, if: the Insured's entire Trip is covered by the plan; the Insured's return is delayed by one of the Unforeseen events specified under Trip Cancellation and Interruption or Trip Delay.
ADDITIONALBENEFIT: In addition to the above covered expenses, if the Company has previously evacuated an Insured to a medical facility, the Company will reimburse the Insured his/her airfare costs, less refunds from the Insured’s Unused transportation tickets, from that facility to the Insured’s Return Destination or home, within one year from the Insured’s original Return Date.
The benefits of the policy providing your coverage are governed primarily by the law of a state other than Florida.
